What's not covered by the Lifetime Warranty?Updated 9 days ago

Once you've purchased a product - in-store or online - you'll be eligible to register it for a Lifetime Warranty. Head to our Lifetime Warranty page with your product order details to get registered. 

What product is included in the lifetime warranty? 

  1. All Jewells product is covered within our lifetime manufacturer warranty.   
  2. Welded products lost within one month of purchase will be replaced. After one month, welded products will be excluded unless the product can be presented. 

Warranty Coverage: 

  1. The warranty covers manufacturing defects but not normal wear and tear or damage due to everyday use. 

Inclusions: 

  • Tarnishing (if the customer deems the product unacceptable after in-store cleaning) 
  • Defective clasps 
  • Broken chains 
  • Stones falling out 

Exclusions: 

  • Loss or damage due to negligence, improper use, or accidents 
  • Dents, scratches, and nicks from normal use 
  • Damage from activities like weightlifting, rock climbing, or DIY tasks or other ‘heavy lifting’ 
  • Tangles or knots due to improper storage 
  • Breakage from catching on clothing, blankets, or objects 
  • Any maintenance, repairs, or sizing performed by anyone other than Jewells voids the warranty 

Advent Calendar Products: If defective, a similar product will be offered, a value is assigned to each item. 

Replacement: If the product is no longer available, we will offer a similar product of equal value or store credit.
