Once you've purchased a product - in-store or online - you'll be eligible to register it for a Lifetime Warranty. Head to our Lifetime Warranty page with your product order details to get registered.
What product is included in the lifetime warranty?
- All Jewells product is covered within our lifetime manufacturer warranty.
- Welded products lost within one month of purchase will be replaced. After one month, welded products will be excluded unless the product can be presented.
Warranty Coverage:
- The warranty covers manufacturing defects but not normal wear and tear or damage due to everyday use.
Inclusions:
- Tarnishing (if the customer deems the product unacceptable after in-store cleaning)
- Defective clasps
- Broken chains
- Stones falling out
Exclusions:
- Loss or damage due to negligence, improper use, or accidents
- Dents, scratches, and nicks from normal use
- Damage from activities like weightlifting, rock climbing, or DIY tasks or other ‘heavy lifting’
- Tangles or knots due to improper storage
- Breakage from catching on clothing, blankets, or objects
- Any maintenance, repairs, or sizing performed by anyone other than Jewells voids the warranty
Advent Calendar Products: If defective, a similar product will be offered, a value is assigned to each item.
Replacement: If the product is no longer available, we will offer a similar product of equal value or store credit.
