If you change your mind within 30 days, you can get a refund to the original payment method if you have your original receipt or proof of purchase.

Get in touch with us, customersupport@jewells.com, by providing your full name, email address and the country you placed the order in and we'll assist you.

The estimated delivery time is from the date the order ships, not necessarily the date the order is placed. All orders are usually shipped within 2 business days.
