Returns Eligibility

Earrings are non-returnable and non-refundable due to hygiene reasons.

If you believe your item is faulty, the Returns Portal will prompt you to provide additional information and supporting images. Our team will review the details before confirming whether the item qualifies for return. If approved, a returns label will be provided.

To start a return, you'll need to use our Returns Portal, where you'll be guided through the returns process and provided with the appropriate return instructions.

Once your return reaches our warehouse, each item will be carefully inspected and, where applicable, sterilised before being processed.

Please allow 7–14 business days for refunds, store credit, or exchanges to be completed from the date your return is received at our warehouse.

We aim to process all returns as quickly as possible and often within a shorter timeframe.
