1. Offer Availability
- The Summer Sale promotion applies to both online purchases and purchases made at any of our 7 physical store locations.
- Discounted products will not combine with any other discount codes or offers.
- The offer is valid while stocks last. Jewells Retail Limited reserves the right to withdraw, extend, or amend this promotion at any time, without prior notice.
2. Free Delivery Over £50
- Free standard delivery is available on all qualifying orders over £50 (after discounts, before shipping fees).
- Free delivery applies to UK mainland addresses only. Surcharges may apply for remote or overseas locations — please check our shipping policy for exclusions.
3. Sale Product Exclusions
- The offer may exclude certain products, brands, or categories. Please see full product listings (www.jewells.com/collection/slae) or ask in-store for details via [email protected]. Sale items may be excluded from further discounts.
4. Return & Exchange Policy
Final Sale items, whether purchased in-store or online, are non-returnable and non-refundable unless the item is faulty, damaged, or not as described.
In store purchases:
All Final Sale items purchased in-store are sold as non-returnable. We do not offer exchanges, credit notes, or refunds for change-of-mind returns (including issues related to size, colour, or fit) on these items. This does not affect your statutory rights in the event an item is faulty or misdescribed.
Online purchases:
If you purchase a Final Sale item online, please note the following:
Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you have the right to cancel your online order within 14 days of receiving the goods and receive a full refund — even for sale items.
However, this right does not apply to certain goods, such as personalised items or goods that cannot be returned for hygiene reasons such as earrings.
If your item qualifies as exempt, or if the product is clearly marked as Final Sale and non-returnable, we may decline change-of-mind returns after this period.
Faulty or misdescribed items remain eligible for return, refund, or exchange under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, regardless of whether they were marked as Final Sale.
5. Order Cancellations
- We reserve the right to cancel any orders at our sole discretion. Customers will be notified and fully refunded in such cases.
