What’s Covered Under the Jewells Lifetime Warranty?Updated 12 days ago

Our warranty covers manufacturing defects including:

- Tarnishing (if deemed unacceptable after in-store cleaning)

- Defective clasps

- Broken chains

- Stones falling out


Exclusions:

- Loss or accidental damage

- Wear and tear (scratches, dents, etc.)

- Damage from physical activities (e.g., weightlifting)

- Improper storage or tangling

- Third-party maintenance or repair


Welded items lost within 1 month will be replaced. After that, items must be presented for service.
